She went on to note that the two of them are good friends, but that only leaves fans with more questions. "Cuz everybody like — 'If you guys love each other so much why you guys don't have a collab,'" she joked, in a playful, mimicking voice.

Turns out, that excitement puts on the pressure for Cardi, and is exactly why a track hasn't happened yet. "The thing is that I want us to have such a great, undeniable song because I know people are going to judge it, be so harsh on us," Cardi said, "So, it's like, I wanna make sure that it's going to be the greatest song!"

"But I would love, love love love to do a song with Lil Kim'. I love her," added Cardi of Kim, 49. "She's the sweetest thing ever. And she's so cute!"
